Terms of Service

1. About these terms

These terms cover your use of Petrus Web. By creating an account you agree to them. If you are signing up on behalf of a company, you confirm you are allowed to accept these terms for it.

2. Your account

You need an account to use the service. Keep your password to yourself, and tell us straight away if you think someone else has got hold of it. You are responsible for what happens under your account.

You must be old enough to enter a contract where you live. One person, one account, unless we have agreed otherwise in writing.

3. What we provide

Petrus Web gives you access to AI powered tools for producing written content, images and audio. The tools are provided as they are. AI output varies, and we cannot promise any particular result — always read what you generate before you publish it.

4. Credits and plans

Tools cost credits. Your plan grants an allowance each billing period, and any unused allowance does not roll over. Credits bought as a top-up do not expire.

We may change what a tool costs in credits. If we do, we will tell you before the change takes effect for you.

5. What you may not do

You may not use Petrus Web to:

• produce anything unlawful, hateful, or designed to harass or defraud;
• impersonate a real person or organisation;
• infringe somebody else's copyright, trademark or other rights;
• generate sexual content involving minors, or content that exploits anyone;
• resell or redistribute access to the tools themselves;
• work around usage limits, or attempt to disrupt the service for others.

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these rules.

6. Your content

Anything you type in stays yours. Anything you generate is yours to use, including commercially, as far as we are able to grant that. You are responsible for checking that what you publish is accurate, lawful and does not infringe anyone's rights.

We process what you submit in order to produce your results, which involves sending it to the AI providers that power the tools.

7. Payment

Paid plans are charged in advance. Unless the law says otherwise, fees already paid are not refundable except as set out in our refund policy.

8. Availability

We work to keep Petrus Web available and reliable, but we do not promise it will never be interrupted. We may change or withdraw features over time.

9. Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, for lost profits, or for anything arising from your use of the content you generate. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

10. Ending your account

You can close your account at any time from your account settings. We may end your access if you seriously break these terms and do not put it right after we have asked you to.

11. Changes

We may update these terms. If a change materially affects you, we will give you reasonable notice.
